Great company to work with.

Customer service staff made ordering easy and product was delivered on time.

I just discovered Ultimate office this year and since then, we have used them quite often for our whiteboard needs and flip charts. Excellent service and very timely when product is ordered.Product has always been in good shape when it arrives

I had these at my previous work for 15 years and they still looked like new. I loved them so much I bought my own for my new office. Great product!

would recommend. the axcess portafiles #A7302 are not long enough. I think they should be long enough to get a vanilla folder in them. even a sheet of paper has to fit in the folds of the portafile. thanks

We have bought several products from Ultimate Office and have been pleased with everything we have purchased. Products have been packaged well so they come without damage.

I am the CEO of a medium size Company and find keeping up with files and daily paperwork in droves can be challenging-- being a paper in hand man. Over the years I have tried and settled on a number of systems that meet the bill. But I still had those lengthy emails that when printed out could easily get lost on my desk. I purchased what I think is the finest "Immediate Attention" small desk size file with 10- 1" drawers , color coded and labeled for various Depts./Managers/Finance/Legal etc that is simply incredible. Durable attractive and all as advertised by Ultimate Office. Truly recommend this Company and their product line for accurate, prompt, and quality service, products and reasonable prices.

I have ordered from Ultimate Office in the past and have been very happy. This new order was no different. The customer service staff tried to earn my trust, but they already had it -- so professional and nice. The ease of the ordering process simplified my life and I would rate the whole experience as excellent!
