I purchased a hairdryer online that cost 400+ dollar and I never received it . It says delivered and I contacted the customer service they asked me to wait 3 days to show up and nothing then they told me they can’t refund me coz it’s delivered though I asked them for a prove like photo or the exact location and all what I hear is crickets

Called to schedule a treatment in the salon to use a diamond reward. She mentioned I could have a dusting which you can’t even tell it’s cut for not much more cost and it would help the health of my hair. Against my gut I thought if I stress dusting especially since my hair was just trimmed a few weeks earlier would not hurt. I was wrong! She cut the bottom layer of my hair out and now I don’t have a style at all. The right is longer than the left and random long pieces throughout. It had to be cut again so I went from long hair to shoulder length hair for a dusting. Do not risk unless you know the stylist. From this dusting more people have asked me if I have had my haircut more than when I cut it two inches

The customer service is terrible. They do not care for customers what so ever. I purchased online and applied an offer for purchasing over $60. When I received my confirmation I noticed it was not showing. I reached out and was told by an agent my order will be cancelled upon my req. I have a screen shot of it. However it never was. This company is a scam. The supervisor Carlos also could care less. A simple fix is all that was needed by either honoring the cancel or sending the offer which I qualified for! However thinking outside the box seems to be hard thing to do and quality this company does not possess.

They refused to give me credit or an exchange for Ulta products. Let me walk out and I will not be back. Horrible customer service. Ask for manager and Deanna didn’t give the time of day. That’s why the store is lacking customers, with a bunch of employees standing around.

Disgusting company, i thought by buying there makeup it would turn me from a 35 year old man into a pre-pubescent girl, but it did not. Totally misleading advertising

Please do not get these services performed. I went in and was asked to have a seat in their chair after another patron exited. I have had natural waxing done before. They were done with natural honey products before so I did not think much of this particular time. The technician, Nyesha, performed these. I left the store after paying. I felt moderate discomfort but assumed this was normal since it was my first time at Ulta having this done. Well, the tingling sensation, strange itchiness, inflammation, and rashes continued. Since the itchiness, facial bumps, and rashes were appearing I freaked out and decided to inquire with the technician or any associate familiar with this situation. This was when I decided to call in. I requested to speak with the same technician who performed my services. Upon speaking with Nyesha, she stated that aloe and cortisone should help with this skin issue and the severe inflammation that came afterward. If I would have had any inclination that this would have done this much damage to my skin right before my birthday I would NEVER have gone into their establishment. And definitely never would have paid that amount just to usher in a massive facial breakout. It ruined my birthday because everyone was trying to get me to take pics and videos and I was having to dodge them in the nicest way. This is troubling even more because I already deal with issues with appearance and wanted this day to go well. When I called a few times to update the staff on my skin situation over a period of days initially they stated that the aloe would calm my skin down. Well after a few more days passed I still have small bumps and itchy patches in EVERY location that wax touched. I hope like heck that my skin goes back to normal because they are NOT doing anything resourceful it appears to fix this one. Coincidentally, I hope that none of you reading has any additional issues with this wax bar than this most dreadful experience. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and my appearance means a lot to me. That seems to be one of the only things that I as a disabled veteran have any real control over nowadays. This was way more than skin deep and hurts my mental well-being as well. I have been suffering from self-esteem issues and now that has increased and seem to do so daily since this situation has not cleared up. Ulta I wish you could understand my issue with the handling of the situation by the management staff. The day I chose to come out of my shell since suffering from agoraphobia and the ruin this has caused me are probably unimaginable to your corporation since I am one small unimportant human. As of this review, I am still having issues with these bumps and rash issues. They offered AFTER the initial manager had to be contacted more than once to have someone look at it BUT I was afraid I would be in worse shape than I am. Sadly, I used to enjoy this store a great deal but this has me really re-thinking my visit.

Today was my 1st visit at Ulta in Brandon, Fl. I bought 80.00 of makeup. When I paid out, Alisha put my email address in wrong. I saw it on credit card machine. She reached over right before I was gonna edit my address because it was a totally different address, & she hit a button so I couldn’t change it. I pushed that I wanted an email & a printed receipt. She tried to tell me, O you will get it on your email. I told her she didn’t put my email address in right. She tried to get me to leave without a receipt. The manager came & did a reprint but I know my rewards went to someone else at a whole different email address. Not happy, won’t go back. She either put my rewards on someone else’s name or just didn’t even give a toot on getting my email address right?

Ulta sent a catalog to my address for someone who moved away about 10 years ago. Customer Service would not allow me to stop the mailings, because I am not the customer. They wanted MY account data, which I refused. I have gone through live chat, emails and messages on Facebook, but after DAYS, no one will remove the person from the mailing list for such a simple request. This is the worst business practice I've ever run into.
