UlineReviews of uline.com

Very fast delivery and big variety of products. Even with delivery fees, their prices are cheaper than anywhere else. We have two small business - a luxury watch store and a game store, Uline our go-to place for all the boxes, envelopes and tape.

I purchase several 3 x10 entry runner mats and several 3x5 of the same; one notch down from there most expensive entry runners from what I seen on there web site; I immediately started seeing poor wear and discoloration problems and started my contact process to get this handled with a company that I though would definitely stand behind an issue like this. They finally got back to me and took there time about it and sent a rep out. We reviewed the issue when he was here and he did get back to me that day, telling me that I already had them over 30 days. I started my contact with them about 3 weeks in to using the runners. And to find out my latest salesman does not work there anymore did not help the issue as he was a replacement for the last recent rep that quit. So there delay cost me well over $ 1,200.00 of junk mats that wear extremely fast. Beware of any type of warranty from ULINE. Customer # 17228273

Our delivery guy, Jose, is what makes us go back to Uline every time!! For those companies who receive freight with only 1 forklift driver on site, it can sometimes be a headache to line everything up. Jose is so professional, considerate and helps us every single time. He makes each delivery a breeze. I never worry about a thing when we have a delivery coming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS & SERVICE.

Very helpful customer service over the last 3 years I've been placing regular orders with them. Just here the other day I requested a sample of some product packaging and less than 24 hours latter it was at my office.

I used to deal with ULine many years ago, but only because I couldn't find the items I needed anywhere else at the time. Great selection, but the highest prices I have seen anywhere, even for common products and though orders are shipped out promprtly, there are no economical options for shipping, making costs even higher. Recently, I was surprised by their caalogue showing up in my mailbox. It has been well over 10 years since I dealt with them and have long since moved out of the province. When I called to complain about an unsolicited, literally 3 lb. waste of paper I didn't ask for, I also asked how they acquired this address. As it turns out, it had nothing to do with my long since closed account, but instead "someone" had added my info to their system, but they could not tell me who, how, why or when this happened. When I pointed out that they really should keep track of those sorts of things if they plan to spam people, they could only offer to remove me from the list. Extremely unhappy with this company. If you are looking for shipping and packing materials, I strongly suggest going elsewhere - you may have to look a little harder, but you will save money and headache later.

The metal cabinet I ordered arrived with every piece, with the exception of one, damaged to some extent. The cosmetic items I could have dealt with. Unfortunately there were a couple of pieces that the metal was bent so severely that we were unable to attach the pieces together. (Attaching side panels to the base.) It was my fault that that I didn’t recognize the damage right after it was delivered. I didn’t need the cabinet right away, so I didn’t put it together until we were already out of the return period. Again, my fault. I was just surprised/disappointed that there were zero options other than purchasing replacement pieces. The portion we were able to put together seemed nice.

I am only writing a review concerning the catalogs they mail out to everyone. NO ONE USES THEM, everything is on line. QUIT KILLING THE PLANET BY PRINTING SOMETHING THAT EVERYONE THROWS OUT AS SOON AS THEY GET IT. One catalog probably takes a whole tree, they are so thick! PLEASE PLEASE, "ULINE" DO YOUR PART AND STOP PRINTING AND SENDING OUT CATALOGS!!!!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY WARN TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! A very dishonest and corrupt company. Will never purchase any product from them again. If you make the mistake of purchasing anything you will then be automatically subscribed to a Phone book size catalog that you can NEVER get them to stop seNDING! I have continually requested to stop getting their catalog, yet they continue to send it for years now.
