The delivery was not 2 to 5 days as advertised it was nearly 2 weeks, otherwise once received the service is excellent

Very straightforward order process and fairly quick to deliver. Plenty of emails. The documentation was a little underwhelming and looked like it had been done as a project and not quite the polished article. Set up was good but nothing worked. I emailed the helpline and they were quick to respond. It appeared that the VPN supplied had not been set up correctly, if at all, so once that was corrected everything worked properly. The set up of the payment system was poor and took me several attempts to get out to work. I’m not sure why I needed to set up a €99 monthly payment when I had already painted €299 from the outset. The €200 was for the return of the equipment later but the €99 was for the first monthly payment so why I had to pay twice I do not know.

You provide a good range of channels and include Netflix as part of the package. Some of the instructions on how to access certain channels however is a bit confusing

Everything is working great. If I have a question then I get the answer quickly. Keep it up

Sorted my problem out very quickly. Staff are quick to answer emails.

It has been mostly a success with some hickups in the first 2 weeks!
