I bought a Wowcher and after the tracking not updating for 10 days I emailed the company and then saw all the negative comments below. But today after ordering on the 28th October the heated jumper arrived. I’ve given 4 stars due to the delay. I did email the company and they did reply after 2 days.

I ordered via Wowcher and having received a message a few days ago saying my order had been processed and was due to be delivered in November, I decided to look up the company the pillows were coming from. I read the previous reviews and my heart sank. I was really annoyed at myself for not checking reviews before ordering. I was however pleasantly surprised when they arrived later that day (about 18 days earlier than expected)- so if you have ordered from Wowcher, not every experience is doom and gloom from this company. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that the pillows are not as full/solid as the images on Wowcher imply.

I ordered two thermal cups via Wowcher and one cup arrived damaged and the other had a damaged straw. This is quite frustrating but to give them credit they were quick to respond and send me a replacement cup and small refund for the straw. Obviously this added quite a bit of time on to get the final useable products but things happen and they were quick to resolve the issues for me.
