Initially, it seemed a bit overwhelming as to what had to be done but Robyn was brilliant. She emailed me immediately, introduced herself and then gave really clear directions as to what I had to do. After that, the process was seamless.

I have been a British expat for the majority of my life. I recently came across U.K.PASSPORTS. After a brief online enquiry I applied for my new passport on the 21st June June. On the 17th of July I received my new British passport & the old one via DHL . Thank you U.K. PASSPORTS for a great painless service, I’ll be almost 80 by the time this one expires, I’ll keep your details handy. Many thanks once again for a great service, your company should been around over the past 4 decades. Best regards Paul

I found the company very helpful, replied to my emails promptly and kept us reguarlary informed of the process. The person that was dealing with my passport renewal treated me as a person - not a number. The proceedure to renew my British Passport was straight forward and uncomplicated. The company arranged with a recognised courier to pick up and deliver my passport which was done in very efficiently. Congratulations for a job well done.
