I cannot say how seamless the whole process was.I was thinking this is going to be very daunting task. I started the process October 15,2023 and had my PP delivered into my hands by Sunday December 17 by DHL. The Agent whom I was assigned he was so helpful, knew what he was doing, even connected me to the registrar to get a copy of my dad's birth certificate. His responses to my emails were very timely.It truly was a very nice experience, and I would say to anyone applying you are definitely in good hands.
