Missing thread, but was replaced very quickly with no quibble

My cross stitch arrived faster than I thought. It's good quality and is going to look fantastic when finished!! I accidentally dropped my pattern into water and ruined it. I contacted customer services and had a new one emailed to me within 24 hours of my email. Very happy and will definitely be ordering from here again

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the product I received. The cross-stitch kit I purchased was completely different from what was advertised. The colours did not match the final design, and the overall quality was significantly inferior. Despite raising these concerns, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They initially offered me only a partial refund, which I declined, as this was clearly false advertising. When I insisted on a full refund, they demanded I pay for the return shipping to China—a cost I should not have to bear for their mistake. After trying to resolve this issue, they stopped responding altogether, leaving me out of pocket for a product I cannot use. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

Freddie Mercury counted cross stitch, arrived quicker than expected. Good quality fabric and cottons, love it, well underway with it now, looking forward to the end product

This website masquerades as a UK company but the products come from China, this is not stated. I ordered a cross stitch for a Xmas present and it did not arrive in time. When I did receive it, the items were thrown into a bag with a very unclear sheet of paper - not suitable for a gift, will not use this website again!
