While we always take full responsibility for your order on our side, the delivery itself is handled by the shipping carrier, and unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their final delivery process. That said, we genuinely want to help resolve this for you. In similar cases, packages are sometimes received by a neighbor, household member, or placed in a secure nearby location, so we kindly recommend checking those possibilities as well. Please kindly note that we received your request: "On 8-27-2025 bought a deck mower belt from you, for a Z248F Husqvarna zero turn lawn mower. The belt is about 7 inches to short. I would like to retun it and get my money back.Thank You Lynn Lantis" and responded. Please be so kind and check your Inbox and Spam folder. As we replied: "Hello Lynn, Thank you for contacting us. Could you please provide us with your Amazon order number and the OEM number for your belt? We will check if we have an alternative belt that fits your Husqvarna Z248F mower."
