They do maintenance and upgrade, causing downtime without notifying you so you may send an email to your customer base... and your website is down unless you monitor manually. I asked many times to receive notifications.... but they don't care.

Hello, Alexandre! I am Karina from the Ucraft Customer Success team. First of all, let me apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. Ucraft team usually notifies our users of any scheduled maintenance or downtime planned on the platform in advance. The current case was urgent local maintenance which was not expected and caused by a third-party service provider. We will make sure this doesn't happen again! In the future, you can always check all the incidents, uptime and downtime statistics here: https://status.ucraft.com. Please note, Ucraft overall SLA uptime is 99.96%. And as always, feel free to contact our chat support in case of any questions! Cheers! Karina Ucraft Customer Success Team

So very helpful. I needed help troubleshooting my domain and Vartan was so patient and helped me step by step as I navigated through. By far the best tech help I have ever received.

The customer service is excellent. The website can do most things you want from it. And once you spend a little bit of time trying to understand how this drag and drop works (it's not that obvious) - Ucraft does most everything for you. What I think they should change is to make drag and drop more accessible - more like it is done in Canva. Where you have no limitations of how to get objects to be aligned with each other well - without spending too much time trying to figure that out. Their customer service is definitely making up for the shortcomings of the app itself :) I generally recommend. Much better than some of the competitors that I've tested.

Helpful, Ucraft are honestly the best, I was previously using Shopify and I moved to Ucraft, Shopify doesn't help customers like myself, but Ucraft do! They are extremely patient and helpful. i highly recommend it.
