It was great talking to a real person to order rather than AI.
Nice people. Cole helped me find the product I needed. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Did not have to use AI.

I ordered these waders offline and they…
I ordered these waders offline and they came in and they were to big for me great customer service all I had to do was call they sent me a return label and I sent them back and I had my new ones within the next week I haven’t tried them out in the field yet but so far so good

Excellent Customer Service!
This company holds to the values of customer service! They go above and beyond to assist in anyway possible. The hand written personal letter with each order and prompt response to emails makes every transaction worth your time and leaves you feeling like all your questions have been answered to help you get exactly what you are looking for!

The company refused to honor its website price
The company refused to honor its website price on a product. They blamed it on a computer glitch. Any reputable company would have honored their commitment after the purchase was made.

Hey Ryan, thanks for the feedback. We are a family-owned and operated business so we apologize but we unfortunately are not able to sell a product for $0.00 dollars. We are sorry that it was listed without a price and have since corrected it. I hope this doesn't come across the wrong way because I say it with as much love as possible, but I would highly recommend you think about the way you talk to people on the phone in the future. That was my mom you spoke with and I did not appreciate how she was spoken to at all. She is one of the biggest reasons why so many of our customers come back to shop with us and I stand by her 100%. We are very sorry we let you down this morning but I hope you have a much better and amazing rest of your day, God bless :)
