The $2 ACH fee is simply to cover the costs we incur from processing ACH payments, and this fee can be waived if landlords subscribe to our premium plan. Alternatively, landlords have the option to absorb the fee themselves if they prefer not to pass it on to their tenants. As for the deposit timeline, with our premium subscription, landlords can benefit from expedited payments, ensuring funds reach your account faster. While services like Venmo work well for some, our platform offers additional features designed to simplify property management, such as lease agreements, tenant screening, and more, all in one place. I'm also seeing the email I sent you on March 7th with instructions on how to complete the e-sign request. I'm not seeing any responses from you to either of those messages. Did you receive the emails that were sent to the email beginning na--a@comcast?
