TunesKit Audio had issues and a refund was not forthcoming. Buyer beware. Check the 60 day refund policy exclusions before committing.
Response from TunesKit· Jan 19, 2019
Dear David, Thanks for your info. It is a standard process to provide the info to get a refund. I found you have contacted us by emails but still didn't send the songs with the problems you mentioned for troubleshooting. That is why we asked for the info before we apply for the refund for you. Now we have already the refund to you since you are not convenient to provide the info. In general, the money will return to your account within 2~5 business days. We appreciate your kind understanding and consideration. Sincerely, TunesKit support

After an original unfavorable review, I have altered my rating from 2 to 5 stars. Issues with the Mac version were resolved with a Windows software package provided free of charge from the Tuneskit people. After installing, this is working perfectly. I believe the quick reply to my review and effective resolution to the problem, shows a strong commitment to customer service from the Tuneskit company. Thank you for your support and consideration in this matter.

TunesKit support answers within a day and sometimes even faster. The products are in great quality and I am glad that I can make a backup copy of my purchased books, music etc. now. There was a challenge. TunesKit M4V Converter only works up to macOS Sierra. I think that could have been marked a bit better. I solved the problem by installing Sierra on a second Mac. On hackintosh I found an image file. Maybe you can also install Sierra on a second partition. Now I can backup movies too. Even only rented movies. Because of the dilemma the TunesKit support was generous. Because it simply works I bought other software. On e-mail request I also got a discount. Conclusion: The software works great and the support is great! I recommend TunesKit in any case!

Terrible interface, no way to burn to a cd. complete fail
Response from TunesKit· Dec 21, 2018
Hi James, Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you get this issue on your burning software? Our software is special for converting files, it is not for burning CDs. If you get this error on buring CD, you may call your CD buring tool support team. Or you can provide more details to us, we will do our best to help you too. Sincerely, Andres TunesKit Support

As I have an iPod Classic, I needed to remove the DRM encoding to be able to load Apple Music songs. So I bought the DRM Audio Converter for Windows. But when I tried to use it, all it did was load the songs, but wouldn't convert them. It literally did nothing. However, I contacted TunesKit support and they sent me the debug version of the program. Fortunately, this one worked perfectly. It's quite fast and I converted all the Apple Music files that I have. I would have given the product five stars except that at first it didn't work.
