great experience with the software and their support... recommendable 100%

I couldn't download and activate some old out of date software I bought from them ages ago lost due to restoring my pc. However the support team where understanding and once I sent a invoice of my old order they gave me a free upgrade and therefore solving the issue. Understanding, helpful and patient.

I have been using Tuneskit Audio Capture for months with great success and I absolutely love the program. I just built a new PC and have installed the program and it keeps saying I'm registered but then asks for me to purchase it to register. I'm totally frustrated as I have been working on this for a few hours now. On my first install I didn't notice that I needed to install as administrator (as per original instructions at the time of purchase-) but it did keep saying that I was registered. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall as administrator but it didn't ask for a password. It still says I'm registered only to be asked again to purchase to register. !! Can you please help me?? This is really pushing my anxiety buttons !! (I did uninstall the program from my previous PC.)

Spotify banned 2 premium account of mine for using Tuneskit. Cannot recommend for this reason.

Very prompt and proficient in clearing up an issue I had caused by my operating system but which affected my tuneskit app. App is brilliant so is the customer service.

I used Tuneskit Music Converted software several times and I had my Spotify account disabled for allegedly violating their terms and conditions agreement. I called to have my account reinstated. I used it once again and several days later my account was disabled again. I called to have my account reinstated again and haven't used Tuneskit since,... Update: On 11/08/2021, I reached out to Tuneskit Support for help and advice and did not get a response,...

This review is for the 'ViWizard' Spotify download software. After many, many lost hours and frustrating attempts to get this software to work properly and download my Spotify playlist songs correctly, I managed to get it to work. BEFORE YOU BUY THIS SOFTWARE HERE ARE THE THINGS THEY DON'T TELL YOU: 1. ALWAYS select x1 conversion speed in the ViWizard settings. If you don't, then most likely the songs you dowload will have some kind of glitch or error. I found this out only after downloading for hours and hours only to find over 50% of the songs had a glitch at around 12 seconds in to the track. 2. You cannot listen to Spotify on another device while you are using ViWizard. Doing so causes the song you want to download being overwritten with the song you are trying to play, again I found this out the very painful way. 3. Downloading songs in WAV format causes all ID3 tags to be lost. No artist info, no album artwork, just the song title as the file name. When I contacted their support team only then did they let on that ViWizard doesn't process ID3 tag info with WAV files. Could be so easy for them to tell you that in the instructions, but again no, I had to find this out only after leaving my computer to download for 6 hours only to find this issue afterwards. I dont have the words to describe my frustration. 4. Turn off 'autoplay' in Spotify before you begin downloading. If you don't, then often you will get another random track playing in the middle of the song you downloaded, or another song altogether. Again, I found out this painful lesson after many wasted downloading hours. If they only explained all this in instructions then this would be a decent program. As it stands, I have finally managed to get it working, after many, many lost hours and frustration. So it does work... But you have been warned!

The customer service was nonexistent. The software failed the first day and I asked for refund. They didn't respond until 30 days later and stated that it was beyond their 5 day return policy. If they responded in time, it would have been well within the policy requirements. Very deceptive approach to business. They just take your money and run.
