I like how quickly medication got sent out once approved for the meds. Approval was quick. Cost was very good. Onboarding was quick and easy with Joanna. My issue was looking at the vials I kept saying how there is NO WAY this tiny amount in this vial is going to be enough for 25 units per week. They kept giving same info that while it looks like it less, it is the right amount. I did first 3 weeks correctly at 25 units but on 4th wk on the first vial I only had enough for 15 units. That part was disappointing and I just knew vial looked weird. I got the repeat response that it should be enough when telling them I am on week 4 and it WASN'T. I don't feel so confident going forward with this company but 6 months have been paid already so I hope all others are correct. I will likely not renew if any remaining vials are short.

The communication was great. Rachelle, who onboarded me, was prompt, professional and friendly. She sent a reminder text before our phone call and called at the time I requested. She also followed through with the information and links I requested during our call. Rachelle took the time to give me pointers on the app which was also very helpful. I am looking forward to starting this journey back to health!

The ordering system was simple and easy within 3 days I had my medication and talked to a great representative Rachelle who was happy to help and offered me anytime assistance through the process.

I’ve been with Yucca for about six months now, and all the products I have receive are been great, and the shipping is great but I must say my favorite thing so far has been the customer service. Anytime I’ve ever had a question or have been confused and needed help, someone from their team has been able to assist. They’ve always been patient and kind and more than willing to assist through every step of the process…it’s also very refreshing being able to speak to a person when I have questions!
