Everything is great, I love the communication with the Yucca team & I just did my 1st injection yesterday and today I don’t even feel hungry!!

I started GLP1 on November of 2025 and I have been very happy with Yucca Health for helping me with my weight loss. As I have been struggling with my weight for a while. The process has been smooth and I have been able to receive the medication with no problems very well packaged and protected so I don’t have any issues when receiving the medication and starting and continuing with my treatment for a continuous weight loss. Now where I have a problem is when I reach out to the support team I will get a response through the app sometimes 3 hours later or maybe the next day so if I have mayor concern good luck, and the Doctor worse. He never replies. I have Michelle that she’s a support team help me to communicate between me and the Dr because he never replies back. That’s very disappointing. As I’m new to the program. Now I have to say that yesterday I had left a message in the portal and this was my first time ever that someone reached out right away and over the phone, not through the app without me requesting it, and that was Michael. I was Shocked. Overall I am very happy with my weight loss and thankful for Yucca for making it possible.

I have been with Yucca now for around 2 years and have had the absolute best service! My medication always arrives on time a the help from customer support is superb! I had Joanna help me today and she went above and beyond! All of my questions were answered and always super polite. I absolutely love Yucca and cannot recommend them enough.

I recently signed up with Yucca Health for Tirzepatide Injections. I was approved from one of their professional staff members of doctors one hour later. My shipment came 2 days later, packed in ice with everything included for my new health journey. The prices are affordable with payment options available.
