The balm arrived damaged, but they reshipped another one and gave me a discount for my next shipment. They have responsible and responsive customer service.

I ordered last month. The following month they were trying to charge my account. I emailed them and they mentioned I was on subscription. I don't remember subscribing as I do not need their products monthly. I requested to cancel as I didn't subscribe. They keep going on telling me I am on subscription. The next midnight, there was a notification from my account again. I emailed them and requested to stop charging. They continue emailing me that it is on subscription. Why can't you cancel it if clients don't want to subscribe? It was frustrating that it kept sending a notification from my account. I finally, cancel my card. Right away, they email me that they have cancelled my subscription. Do you actually want me to be grateful? Of course you will cancel. I cancelled my card. Just too much headache you caused me. From now on I will never buy online products. You are a bad example of online business and it will affect lots of online businesses.

Thank you for sharing this, Rose. We are genuinely sorry for the frustration this experience caused you and we want to respond honestly. Our subscription is disclosed at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. We also provide renewal reminder emails, a self-service subscription management portal, and a dedicated support team to assist with any changes. We understand that if the subscription terms were not clear enough to you at the time of purchase, that is something we take seriously and continue working to improve. We also hear your feedback on the cancellation process. When a customer clearly and repeatedly states they want to cancel, that request should be actioned promptly and without friction. The experience you described of continuing to receive renewal notifications while your cancellation request was still being processed is not acceptable and we are addressing how our team handles these situations. We are glad your subscription has now been cancelled and we are sorry it took the steps it did to get there. That is not the experience we want any customer to have. If there are any outstanding charges or unresolved issues on your account, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will take care of them immediately. We appreciate your honesty and we are using feedback like yours to make meaningful improvements to our process.
