I enjoy and trust all the products.. the instant whitener and whitening toothpaste are great as well as the wireless tooth whitener.. it’s easy and I use the products to whiten and maintain.

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Ordered a toothbrush and it was missing from the package. I also bought the order protection insurance but it doesn’t matter since they won’t even respond to you. I emailed and called and made tickets over a week multiple times and no response.

Hello, We acknowledge the concerns shared within this review and extend an emphatic apology that your SNOW experience has been negatively impacted. It sounds like there was oversight within the process unfortunately. However, even so you should not have had such a lack of follow-up when you reached out for assistance towards a resolution. A review of your concerns is underway, and a SNOW Agent will be assigned to reach out to you for a long overdue resolution. Thank you, SNOW

The immediate response to a defective mouthpiece e-mail started the interaction off perfectly. Made the whole thing very simple. A new replacement was in the mail that same day. Very helpful. And I love the product!
