Been using it for 30 minutes every day and I've noticed a marked improvement in just a week. Gonna keep it up until all the gel pens are empty and see where we go from there. Only downside so far is sometimes my teeth feel a bit hot from the light and that's kinda unpleasant.

I purchased the whitening system first then quickly became addicted to snow products. I have since purchased toothbrushes for my entire family and we all use the toothpaste, floss and mouthwash along with the wireless whitening system. Our teeth have never been whiter and my 7 and 10 year olds love the toothbrush and toothpaste. Snow users for life!!!
