I had such a wonderful experience with customer service, thanks to Hazel. From the moment I spoke with her, she was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. I was feeling a bit stressed at the start of the call, but she took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making sure I fully understood and felt comfortable. What really stood out was her compassion and genuine understanding of my situation. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like just another customer, she truly cared. By the end of the call, I felt completely at ease and so much better than when I started. Hazel is an absolute gem, and I only wish there were more people like her in customer service. Because of her, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Shed!!!!
