I’ve definitely had more energy and certainly more regularity!! It works!!

So, I'm 84 years old and regularly play pickleball, but got frustrated because I couldnt chase the ball like the younger (20 years or so) folks that I play with. Now that is changing, my reflexes are much better, and I'm moving more and faster around the court. I've also come to realize that the daytime naps have stopped and I'm not missing them. I've given away two of the bottles and will be ordering more and giving them as Christmas presents to the family. The research looks fantastic too-I do a lot of anti-aging research, esp from NIH.

Love using it. Drinking water even more then I did before. Love the product.

I do have one question, I’ve noticed 2 different time settings, 4 min or 9 minutes which one is the best?

I was unhappy with my item and tried to return the item for a full refund as stated in there refund policy.They kept offering me a percentage of a refund. It was so aggravating and I just couldn’t bother anymore. I felt like that was their endgame was to wear me down until i finally just threw up my hands and said “forget it”. Don’t bother getting involved unless you want the aggravation.
