After just three weeks of feeding these little heart shaped chews we’re seeing some significant changes in our 16-month old German Shepherd. Instead of going to level 8-10 when we encounter anything on our walks on our dirt road (runners, cyclists, wild donkeys, coyotes, dragonflies, etc), she shows interest but doesn’t react. This is a huge improvement. When I received the first order and learned it contained hemp, I wasn’t happy but I decided it was worth trying. I am very pleased with her progress. Walks are enjoyable now!

Scam company and customer service is just AI bots that ask repetitive questions trying to get you not to cancel. After receiving one shipment of CalmAxis and using the product for a month, I decided not to re-order it and switched to another brand of postbiotic. But I received an email from CanisLabs notifying me of an upcoming autoship (which I don’t think I ever signed up for). I have since tried 4 times to cancel the autoship, and just got an email this morning saying that my autoship is on it’s way (and the charge is pending on my credit card). I will obviously be disputing this charge. Truly just do not start with this company. There are other, more trusted and trustworthy brands out there.

This company is a SCAM! They kept charging my card even though I told them to cancel my order and cancel the subscription I did NOT sign up for. Then one of the containers was filled with mold when I opened it! Stay away!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you order this product you will not be able to return it like the money back guarantee says and they will set you up for a subscription and continue to charge you until you cancel your card. They keep sending a generic message which I think is just AI. Don’t do it unless you want a lot of aggravation. I have been trying to cancel for over a month!

Ordered the 3 pack of postbiotic chews and kept them all stored in a cool, dry place as recommended. The last container had mold growing on the chews. Contacted customer service 8/1/26 and got a quick reply that they wanted photos and specific product/batch information which I provided promptly, they replied promptly stating they are working with the "relevant team". I followed up 8/4/26 and got the same type of response, then again 8/14/26 and got the same response, and finally once more I followed up 8/24/26 and again got nowhere with their Customer Service team. To the CanisLabs Customer Service rep reading this, don't ask me for the order # as you have done trying to look good on these other review replies, my order # is 1424 and you have all of this information in your emails too. All I want is a replacement or a refund. Any company wanting to do good would've handled this by now. There's a reason they don't have the option to leave a Google review, so I'm leaving it here in hopes it helps someone else. Take your business elsewhere, they aren't worth it, plus they are not timely with mailing the product, it has come from 2 different return addresses, they are just sketch.

Still trying to cancel the subscription with no action on the company’s part. The website isn’t being honest when suggesting to email and cancel. I’ve done this several times and nothing….

My dog was barking at dogs when we go for walks. Ever since we got Calm-Axis chew my dog has not bark at dogs when we go for a walk. He is playing with dogs which is lovely to see. My dog has been on Calm-Axis chew for 3 months now and we are so happy with it, so much improvement. Will definitely keep using this product and he loves it too, we got beef flavour.

My dog has been on the CalmAxis chews for 5 months and the Calming powder for a month. After 2 to 3 weeks on the chews it was noticeable the improvement in her whole behaviour. Calmer overall, relaxed when she’s sees another dog. In this relaxed state we are able to train much more easily as she has a calm mind to be able to learn. She can look out the window now and just watch dogs walk by without loosing her mind. The chews and powder in combination with counter conditioning has allowed us and her to have relaxed and fun walks. Also, whenever I’ve had a question it was answered quickly and has always been helpful.
