I've just got my car delivered today. Mr.Louis walked me through the whole process. I didn't even have to worry about scheduling the pickup time and drop off times. Louis got everything taken care of with the dealership and my sister at home who received the car.

Prior to shipping my truck from Florida to Indiana the pick up time was changed. The Transporter also tried to get more money from my family ehen they picked up my truck, we didn't give him that money. They tried to raise the quoted price by $300.00. They stated they were able to work out a deal with the Transporter and was able to come to an agreement of a $100.00 increase. I did accept the price change. Then after I had completed the delivery (which mytruck was delivered at 12:20 AM, in the middle of the night) I recieved a bill from Riverlink for a toll for the transport vehicle and all vehicles because it picked up the plate on my truck instead of the Transport Trailer Plate. They would not reimburse me for this fee, which was in the contract to be paid by the Transporter. I ended up paying for all four vehicles crossing the toll bridge. They don't stand behind what they tell you to get your business so just keep this in mind when you think about using this Company. I should have went to Florida and driven the truck back myself.!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Pickup dates are estimated and can change due to carrier scheduling and route availability, which is outlined in our agreement. Any price adjustment is discussed and must be approved by the customer before moving forward, as was done in this case. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s route and traffic conditions and may occur outside standard hours. Regarding the toll charge, tolls are the carrier’s responsibility; however, errors by toll authorities related to plate recognition are outside our direct control. While we understand how frustrating this can be, these matters typically must be resolved with the toll agency involved. We strive to communicate transparently and work toward fair solutions, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve our processes.

This business is a joke; they made me sign a contract by paying a deposit without moving my vehicle. very deceptive would rate them a 0.

We’re sorry you feel this way. The deposit secures carrier dispatch and activates the agreement, as clearly stated in the contract before payment is made. A vehicle is not moved until a carrier is assigned and the customer approves the terms. We do not operate deceptively, and all conditions are disclosed in writing. If you believe something was misunderstood, we encourage you to contact us directly with your order details so we can review the situation and address any legitimate concerns.

Had a set price and contract with one of their reps for a week before the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. Called me the night before and told me they couldn't do the job for the price we agreed on. Got a new contract higher than the original price and then nobody shows up and they tell me the trailer broke but they could get another driver for the next day at yet a higher price. The New Driver never shows up and I call the driver's number and it's the same voicemail as the sales rep? Rep then contacted me saying they had a flat tire and I could get yet another driver or a refund. I asked for a refund ASAP with an email to verify. That never happened either so I filed it as fraud with my credit card company. Clearly these are scammers, NEVER USE THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THEM EITHER.

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused. Vehicle transport pricing is dependent on carrier availability and market conditions, and pickup dates and rates are not guaranteed until a carrier is fully confirmed. Any revised pricing is always presented for customer approval before proceeding. Mechanical issues such as trailer or tire problems can unfortunately occur in transit and may cause delays or reassignment to another carrier. Refunds are issued according to the terms of the agreement once a cancellation request is confirmed. We strongly disagree with the accusation of fraud. We operate as a legitimate brokerage and handle thousands of successful transports. If there is an outstanding refund or documentation concern, we encourage you to contact us directly with your order details so it can be reviewed and resolved properly.

I had a Vehicle (Truck) that needed to be picked up immediately after purchase from another state (Maryland). It was on a Monday evening.. Trustline was able to get someone there before Sundown (around7:30) and get the Vehicle to me the Next morning by 9am. I appreciated that they were able to set up the Transport that fast.. My Transporter communicated with me when he was 30 minutes away and showed up with an intact vehicle.. I will definitely use this Company again.. Ronnie

Getting a bad feeling this company is a scam. I have my son’s car scheduled for a pickup today and no one has contacted me in days. I have left 4 voicemails and have sent 10 texts without a response. I deposited $200 with this company for pickup and they are ghosting me. Hopefully, I’m wrong, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We’re sorry for the concern and frustration this caused. We do not ghost customers, and lack of timely communication is not the experience we aim to provide. Pickup schedules depend on carrier confirmation, and updates may be delayed if a carrier is still being finalized. Your deposit secures dispatch efforts and is not taken without intent to perform the service. We encourage you to contact our support team directly with your order information so we can provide an immediate status update or assist with next steps. We take communication issues seriously and appreciate the feedback.
