So far it’s been a very nice experience, it’s still early in the hole process. Get back to you as soon as the next step comes . Wow is the word I will use it’s better than I expected it to be. So much detail it is just amazing. I will let you know more in a few weeks.

Having bought many dolls on eBay and only once did I get the right doll first. I was surprised when my doll came home to me as it was more lovely that the pictures in the add. Every thing was just as advertise and I am very happy with her.

I got my doll yesterday she wasn't as advertised which was a bit of a let down as I got the special holloween edition I expected pierced nipples and bigger breasts In stead I got fairly average breasts and no piecered nipples as show on the picture. I also didn't get a heating rod with my order as stated I would overall for my first buy I am still having alot of fun with her. I just wished it was as advertised. Though I will say the customer service has been fairly good about getting back to me and my concerns. If your looking to buy I would suggest these guys despite the hiccups and I plan on buying more outfits / accessories to make her look a bit more as advertised. 11/28/18 Just wanted to say thank you for the reply and for assisting with the heating rod and piercings her body tone was white / pale what I received was tan was this also part of the make up and thank you for explaining why she may be different thanks again for the assistance because of this I am giving 4 stars and once they arrive I will then provide an update and provide 5 stars thank you again. Also is it easier to reach out to customer service via phone or email as I called yesterday with these concerns but didn't get any type of reply . Thank you. Update 01/05/2019 I have reached out to this company in regards to what they stated they would give me I got the heating rod but no nipple rings as told I have also had an issue with the dolls feet ripping and tearing I have contacted them in regards on how to fix this and they asked for pictures which I sent in 4 total 2 left And 2 right since then all communication with this company has been me asking them to call and them ignoring me out right I have provided both contact number and email and not one single response this makes now the 8th call 3 in a row one call per day ! And still nothing I have since asked for a manager to contact me as it seems no one customer service representative wise can assist or cares to . And still no response at this point I have changed my star rating due to the very poor communication on this company's end and at this time i have to warn who ever I can to not do business with them as they don't seem to one keep there word and two communicate. If something changes I will update this but as of right now I won't be doing any additional business with them as I previously was going to. I doubt they will respond but I guess we will see.

However, I can assure you 100% that the doll you received is absolutely authentic to which the photos on our website represent. Each doll's product photos are captured in a professional photo shoot in which the photographer will do enhancements such as add accessories (nipple rings), style the hair, add temporary tattoos, or pick out specific outfits per the location of the photoshoot. We cannot guarantee that the dolls will come with these enhancements. I'm sorry if there was confusion in this, and we'll make sure to add a note within our products that accessories are not included for the future to correct this. We're sorry for the mixup, and along with the heating rod, we'll be sending you pair of nipple rings to add to Zurie :) Hope this helps make your True Touch experience a little bit better, and I hope you can allow us to correct our mistakes to better ourselves for the future! As for the size concerns of your doll, the 4'7" models are currently the smallest sized products within our catalog. We try to make sure all of our measurements are correct and current on our site, but we do understand the 4'7" models are a bit smaller than some prefer. We've listened to your feedback and decided to unlist our 4'7" dolls starting December 1.
