I have not gotten my product, two months after order placed

Only received part of my order. They won’t respond to my email asking for my money back for the three bottles of BAC that they didn’t send. It has been months

First order was great. I’m waiting on my 2nd order that I placed over 3 weeks ago and no one will answer my emails. The website is also “not found”. This doesn’t look good.

51 days since I placed my order. I have tried calling the number listed on the website multiple time, but it goes straight to an unmarked voicemail box. I've texted the number per the instructions on the website, no response. I have written to the support email a couple of times with no response. I really don't want to have to make a report to my bank to recoup my $300 order, but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to get a status on my order and where it is. Super bummer!
