The itinerary and everything the trip includes will be clearly listed on the trip page before booking.Once Travelers book, they’ll hear next steps and any preparation info they need to know going into their trip. Typically, Travelers and Hosts will be connected in a shared chat in advance of the trip so everyone can get to know each other and get excited. I absolutely LOVED this experience
I absolutely LOVED this experience! Lindsey was an excellent host. It was my second time traveling with her and every time she creates an inclusive environment where you can easily connect with the other travelers, she makes it known that it’s her job to help make this trip the best and to go to her with ANY issues or concerns, and she proactively ensures that everything will go as smoothly as possible. The other guides throughout the trip were phenomenal and CRITICAL to help achieve this life changing trip! I loved all of the activities, loved all of of food and enjoying the extra time to venture off in my own shopping and exploratory journey. Highly recommend.

Best trip ever
Everything about this experience was phenomenal, from the organization of TrovaTrip that made sure I was prepared, to the host and the local guide. Everything went smoothly and was so much fun.

The driver/guide was amazing
The driver/guide was amazing. The itinerary was enjoyable. My only complaint is that our hotel was changed at the last minute and the hotel we were in was rundown.

And thank you for your feedback on the hotel change—while our Operators maintain flexibility to change hotel rooms as needed leading up to the trip (in case of quality issues, service issues, hotel closures, etc...), the new hotel will be of the same quality and star-rating as the previous one. We will be looking into the hotel booked on your trip, and appreciate your input here!

Wonderful trip!
Trova trip gave me updates and trips. The itinerary was completely planned out so all I had to do was show up at the airport.

Amazing!!!
The experience was so amazing. The guide was so nice and funny. The drivers were so good. The outing were great. 100% recommend and will probably use again.

Repeat customer!
I’ve taken 2 trips with Trova and just signed up for a 3rd. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their customer service has been excellent and responsive. I love the fact that they take care of all the logistics and planning for you, taking out what is the most stressful (in my opinion) part of planning a trip. I’ve recommended them to many friends and family members!
