Great product! The new owners are doing a great job. I loved the next day shipping! I also had a minor issue with my order and the customer service team responded and fixed it right away with next day shipping again!

The customer service was top notch, they were accommodating and friendly when I received an incorrectly manufactured stand. They sent a replacement at no charge and the new stand arrived fast and fits perfectly. The products feel like they are made well and like they will be durable, which is important since I bought them for a Doberman!

After finding Trot Pets through a Google search, I gave them a shot when looking to upgrade my pups bowl situation. Very happy I did! I ordered a medium elevated bowl set in blue. Purchase was simple, items arrived quickly and were well packed. After some minimal and simple assembly of the stand, I was very impressed by the quality. The mat was perfectly sized to the stand and is thick silicon, unlike other mats we have had from random Amazon vendors that seem crappy in comparison. The bowls are well-sized for a Lab, and have a “Yeti” look to them (the blue against the polished steel is a sharp combo). However, the details are why I will be ordering a second set. Interlocking magnets hold the bowls very secure to the mat and stand which minimize slobbery mess and spills (not 1 spill in 2 weeks). The bowl covers have been super handy for trips to doggy daycare. I was able to just pack and go. Overall, these live up to the hype and the whole set is a fantastic looking upgrade from our previous one. Second set is on order. Nice job Trot Pets!

I was one of the customers left hanging by the original Trot Pets. Well, three days ago I received an email from the "new management" of Trot Pets outlining their new inventory and business practices. I was skeptical to order, but did anyway because I really wanted these bowls. I'm glad I did, because they arrived two days after I ordered them and I love them. If you're on the fence about re-ordering because of what happened last time, don't be, the new Trot Pets seems to have their act together.

First I want to say that I was in the initial group (I think) that placed an order. I ordered in Jan 2022 (approximately) and received my set in Sep 2022. Order #PS5580. We were told it would be months and months before our product would be ready. Then there were the shipping issues during the pandemic. That was not the fault of the manufacturer. Second, our set arrived and it was (is) gorgeous!! Besides being aesthetically pleasing is the perfect height and so easy to care for. There is one thing I would change, I should have gotten smaller bowls. That is totally on me. She didn’t grow to be as big as expected. I have always had large dogs so…I misjudged. The support I have received from this company has been amazing!! They were always there to answer questions even when neither of us was thrilled with the answer. People have left some really bad reviews due to the time that was involved. That’s crap. I waited almost a year. They offered to return my money when the pandemic delay hit. I stuck with it and them. When you order a product that has not yet been manufactured, it’s going to take a considerable amount of time. This is the best feeding station I have ever seen. The quality is impeccable. I wouldn’t have anything else.
