The bowls are beautiful, however the magnets aren't strong enough. Trying to find a way to still use them
Response from trotpets.com· Nov 20, 2023
Hello - please let us know if you need us to send you new magnets. We have had them tested to absorb meaningful amounts of disruption if the magnet is placed onto a clean flat surface. Hope this helps. Thank you very much !

The quality for the price just wasn’t there. The stand is obviously cheap and flimsy, not sturdy at all. The bowls are nice but wish they were bigger. The size chart showed bowl sizes but I didn’t see the option. Overall disappointed. Not worth the money.

Ha this company is a joke. The first time it was just a scam and I never got my product- then I get an email saying a new company bought them and they are ready to ship. So I inquire as to the size because the website was contradictory- extra assured I order. I actually receive my item and the quality is good! EXCEPT it’s the wrong size…talking to customer service is painful and while they tell me they had some of the wrong size ship out- at this point I AM DONE with them and will have my family member make me the size needed with wood from Home Depot vs trying to interact with this joke of a company again.

Despite the reassuring announcement and fast order processing and shipping, the items still fall well short of what is described and promised. The slow feeder bowl is not a fully homologous stamping, thus cleaning will be extremely difficult. And the new stands do not even come close to matching the mats.

Hello - we are sorry to hear that ... we are happy to refund you but please note the bowls and mats are fully dishwasher safe ... it also sounds like we shopped you out the wrong stand (this has happened to several others) ... we are happy to ship you out the replacement stand free of charge ... that stand does exactly match the stands ... please let us know ... we will email you as well with this response in case you dont see it ... thank you !

Bottom of mat is significantly different than shown in pictures. Both in color and design. Color is advertised as coral. By no stretch of the imagination is the bowl and mat that I received coral. It is definitely orange with no pink whatsoever. Like a construction cone color that they just made lighter. Overall extremely misleading advertising that overshadows the actual product. The mat in my opinion is also too small, water still gets everywhere. There is only about a 1 inch perimeter around the bowls which is not enough. Return process too expensive to have to pay for return shipping to a company still rebuilding reputation and me being unsure I’ll actually get a refund.

We are very sorry you are still unhappy. As mentioned to you, we are more than happy to replace the mat / bowls for any other color you would like. Alternatively, if you would like to send the product back we can assure you will receive a full refund. We hope this helps. We are trying and really want you to be happy with the experience. Thank you
