I really love the product and slow feeder bowls have been a big help. Issues: I didn’t receive a confirmation about my order. My sets arrived separately in very different packaging. One had instructions one didn’t. I didn’t receive communication about the separate shipping. One mat arrived damaged and customer service was very responsive about resolving that.

Nice product but the green mat for our little dog’s bowls vs our larger dog’s bowls are not the same green.

Trot pets was very good about shipping the dog bowl out. The quality is ok, not as heavy as a Yeti bowl. But as a slow feeder, it did not slow our retriever down at all. The dividers are not very deep at all. They really need to improve the depth then it would be more useful as advertised as a slow feeder.

The ridges that promote slow eating are not tall enough to really slow my dog down. The bowl is good...just not great ..or what I've been looking for forever.

I was excited to see Trot return under new ownership, as I truly like the stand I ordered from the original company, regardless of how long it took to be delivered. Unfortunately, it seems as though new ownership means lower quality. I have one stand that I purchased from the original company that was delivered to me in August 2022. It is still in near perfect condition. I have a second stand that I ordered from the new company that was delivered to me in July 2023. It is stained with water marks and the wood is already splitting. I am very disappointed.

I like the product. My English mastiff is happy not to bend down to eat. The things I do not like about the stand as follows: I don’t feel like the legs screw in tightly to the base. I also don’t like how when he drinks water, the water gets stuck under the water dish. I’m constantly mopping it up. Last, his food tends to get stuck in the crevices, which makes me have to scrape it out.

Look, it's not their fault that the former owners completely GHOSTED all of their pre-orders. Since we placed our original order, our pup (who was 9 weeks) is now 14 months so we already had our bowl set but we wanted to get the stand for our now LARGE dog. With that said, the quality of the 12" stand is not great - easy to put together, but a little wobbly and weak. If our current bowls break, we'd perhaps try the magnetic bowls with the tray - we love the concept!

The wooden stand is a bit flimsy for this price. The legs are too thin.
