Bowls are great quality. Puppy use to pick up her bowls and chew on them. She’s unable to do that now. Only two complaints are the color and the rim of the mat. The coral pink really isn’t pink, it’s really just a light orange. Our dog is also able to puck up the mat by biting the edge. Wish it was more rounded off.

I like the product, but getting ahold of anyone has been just about impossible so far. I ordered a single mat and stand to go with the orange full set that I already own. The color i received was more of a peachy coral color, so I returned it. It was delivered to them on May 19. It is now June 4, I have sent emails and messages asking for the status of my refund with zero response this far. I was planning to purchase a new mat in a different color and another bowl to match, but I was waiting on my refund prior to making that purchase. The product itself is great, I give the product 5 stars. I give the customer service 1 star.

I thought the bowl was supposed to come with a magnet? not here?

We have had the complete set now for about two weeks and so far so good. We purchased this item specifically for the magnetic bowls because our puppy started trying to pickup the water and food bowls and bring them in the living room making a huge mess along the way. Since we have been using these, he had not tried to do that! They look nice enough and cleans easily. My complaints would be the ability to mix and match items that I wanted for the complete set, which saves money over buying each individual piece. For example, my pup doesn't need more than 1.5 cups of food per meal which would have put us in the small bowl category. However we could not get the small bowl with the 12 inch stand. Also, there was a color we wanted that was not available as a "complete set" but when purchased stand alone I was able to add it to my cart. I should be able to make a complete set to match my dogs needs and not buy each separately which adds costs.

The company took almost 2 months to get back with me after an issue with my initial order. They were rude when they finally did respond but did correct my problem. Now that I have finally been able to use my bowl set the stand is wobbly. My dog uses the slow feeder and knocks the food bowl off the magnet mat every time he eats. The bowls are good quality and easy to wash but not worth the price for the poor customer service and lack of sturdiness during feeding.

The magnet is not as strong as I thought it would be, as my dog still moves the bowl around. Update: Based on their response to this review, I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from them. Seems like they just want to pretend like they are concerned about their reviews but not actually take any action?

The magnetic bowl is very convenient for our excited eaters. Unfortunately the bowls do not come with helpful directions and two sets of screws (one Philips and one Allen head). There is no discussion about the difference between the two or purpose of having both. Once assembled, the base was uneven and rocks when being using by the dogs, which spooks our lab that is shy. This wouldn't be an issue for a normal bowl stand, but when paying over $100, I would hope the construction would be better or there'd be an option to adjust the feet of the stand to stabilize it. Also received two additional magnets with sticky backing that had no explanation what the purpose of those were.

Their customer service is kinda meh and all the products got delivered in one box - flying around. The mats haven't even been packed so they arrived rough looking.
