Totally fraud website my every account banned when withdrawal starts level after deposit... Waste money website

When I requested for withdrawal. My first withdrawal they logged me out of the system. Then when I tried to log in. It said my account was banned. Banned how 🤔 when I just requested a withdrawal?

Very bad Many accounts permanently banned when withdrawal and lost of money on this app ..... Without any reason

The First Payout went through after 4 hours around and the second is on pending since 3 days and no response from the Owner. Beware and also do not invest. Luckily i did not. The Owner claims that my acocunt has suspicious activity but i did not, also that is my only account and i never use a VPN. Then he has the gu*** to ask me for personal id and proof of my identify even he has not stated it in TOS.and could easily payout the first payment. The second he starts with excuses. Of ridiculous 5 TRX. A total Scammer.

I had done similar withdrawals between other faucet platforms in the past without any issues, so I genuinely didn't expect this to violate any rules. After initiating the withdrawal, the funds didn't appear in my Tronpick account. About 21 minutes later, I logged back in to check the status and found that my Tronlux account had been permanently banned. If this type of transfer is against the platform's rules, I believe users should receive a clear warning before facing a permanent ban. I was never trying to abuse the system or break the rules—I acted based on my previous experience with other faucet platforms. Losing my account without any prior warning was frustrating, especially since I had no intention of doing anything dishonest. I hope Tronlux reviews cases like this and considers providing clearer guidance or warnings so that genuine users don't lose their accounts over what may be an honest mistake.
