Hi Autumn,  I'm happy to help! I see you first emailed and called us on Monday night, 1/25 and we were able to respond by email on 1/26. I'm sorry we weren't able to respond sooner. We mention on our website that we can typically reply to questions in 1 business day.  I see your order was placed on our website on 1/17 and it shipped on the 8th business day on 1/27. We emailed you a shipping notification to the email address provided with your order when your order shipped. This contains a link back to your USPS tracking number and other order details on our website :) I'm sorry for any confusion, we mention on our website that typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the USPS to deliver your package once it has shipped, which the USPS says is typically 2-3 business days in the US.   I'm sorry your order didn't ship sooner. Hi William,  I've responded to your other email as well and am happy to help! I'm sorry we weren't able to ship your order sooner, but it did ship on 6/24. I see we sent a shipping notification email to the address provided with your order at that time. Your shipping notification email contained a link to your tracking number and order details on our website. My other email response includes the shipping details in case you still need them :) Because your order was placed on 6/17, I see it shipped in 5 business days. I've tracked it with the USPS and they indicate it is "currently in transit to the destination" and estimated for delivery on 6/29.
