Have done a couple of deals with Trio Capital, each one has went smoothly. As with any lender getting the small details on each deal takes some time, but my Rep Bryan Anderson is always on top of what needs to be done and works with me to assure that everything is done correctly and funding is done in a timely manner

Working with Mike at Trio Capital was an incredible experience. Buyer Beware! They will tell you there is no prepayment penalty, but they employ a payoff rate starting at 5% to payoff in the first year and drop 1% yearly throughout a 60 month term. Very deceiving and in the fine print of the agreement documentation.

While the first email included an incorrect document, a corrected letter showing the same amount was provided moments later and confirmed received. We understand your concerns regarding the interest amount. An amortization schedule was shared to help explain the figures, though we recognize this may have differed from what you expected based on earlier conversations. Since then, we’ve reached out multiple times, including a discounted payoff offer sent on July 30 and follow-ups through August 5.
