Tricon has responded expeditiously whenever I’ve had a need pertaining to the property. And that’s been three minor issues. All of their staff that I’ve encountered have been amazingly professional and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased with the property I’m renting and that’s because Tricon insured the property was in excellent condition when I moved in and I’m making sure to keep it in that condition. Thanks Tricon and keep up the wonderful service and support!

I recently moved into a home with Tricon, and the entire process was easy and seamless. There were a few items that needed repair, but I waited until I was fully moved in and had been in the home for a few days to identify any additional issues. Once I submitted the maintenance request, a technician arrived within two days. He was able to repair two of the three items and informed me that he would return as soon as possible to complete the remaining repair. Overall, my experience with Tricon has been very positive so far, and I’m pleased with their responsiveness and customer service.
