I paid over $40 and my piece came in looking so cheaply made

The hat I ordered was made poorly,and unusable.However the company was quick to refund my purchase,so a positive side that they stand behind their product! Thank you for the quick resolution!

Item never arrived. Email not answered. No idea if the product was actually good or it was just a scam.

I was sent the wrong product. When I sent an email about it and asked for an exchange, this is the response..."Hi Laura Molloy We see you’ve requested a return of your order. We regret that we are not able to assist you with the return of this order Since we have confirmed that the correct product was delivered to you, we are unable to fulfill your request for a return . This is your product.-Rachel Bennet".....Never again

It took too long to get here, and I did not like it look cheap

It’s been over a month and still no shirt was delivered…. Horrible given the price of product and how long it’s taken

I submitted an order on 11/9/23. Sent an email on 11/22/23 as I hadn't heard anything or received anything. Got response back on 11/22/23 saying it was received and being shipped to me and gave time frame. Time frame up, still nothing. Call both ph #'s (one on site and one on email - both no longer working).
