Did what I asked

App is extremely clunky. It tries to do to too many things at once, random errors appear, time wasted, used to have great experiences with Treads, app wise now, Not great at all. I would prefer to use a website to do all of the tasks needed.

I liked treads at first but once I moved (and sold my car) it just became a massive hassle. I was also told for over a year that I wasn’t eligible for service because of where I moved only to be told last month (with 3 months left) that I could’ve gone to Firestone the entire time. It has potential but it wasn’t best for me.

I’ve had the subscription for 2+ years and only cancelled because I have a new car with a factory warranty. This subscription is great, and they have superb customer service. Any time I’ve chatted with an agent, they’ve helped me get my issues solved efficiently and with ease. Will continue to recommend Treads to friends and family and look forward to returning when my warranty is up

The tire guy left his jack under my truck in a blind spot and his handle put a nice dent in my door and all he said was oops !

I have been using Treads for 2 years now. From the first install to now, I have been extremely happy with the service. The tires are great quality and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend using Treads for your tire needs.
