Convenient affordable excellent customer service

One of the best investments I've made this year. The company is great. The employees are very attentive and polite. The two techs that came out to do my tires were professional and very quick. I HIGHLY recommend this company and look forward to doing business for many years. Thank you Treads and thank you Zach for existing.

Just had my first tire rotation with Treads. The guys arrived exactly on time and just as when I had the tires installed they quickly got to work. This service is legit folks. Good quality tires and fantastic support and installers. Haven't needed the roadside service but I'm sure it's just as good.

Shout out to Zack So today around 1pm here in Colorado I was picking my mom up from her doctors apt. On the way home or in the process of picking her up some where I gotten a razor blade stuck in my tire unlucky as it was it was in between the treads smh. But thankfully I have Treads there for me I called them once I was able to limp it home and I had the pleasure of working with Zack. He got a new tire ordered and a appointment set up for first thing the next morning. The whole process of finding a new tire and getting install time and everything else in place took a matter of maybe 20ish mintues. Way faster then having to go to a tire place and struggle with them finding a new one and having to figure out how to get the car to them. So much easier and I can drive with Picece of mind now and not worry about the what if of being strandEd some where. I have a job to complete tomorrow and lucky they will have the tire put on and replaced without me needing to be there. So I don’t have to cancel the job and lose money. Thankfully my mom will be able to confirm the work. They are by far amazing and i will always have their services for my vehicles and my company trucks for as long as I’m able to see and drive. Wouldn’t recommend any other ppl. Plus when I had them installed the first time the installer was amazing and figured out how to balance my tire that has a slight bend it in. Now my bmw runs as smooth as it did when I first had the new rims. Amazing ppl from the top to bottom. From Zach to the quality of tires to the installers. All are 5out5 stars. Only issue I had was when I called roadside the lady I spoke with didn’t know what company I was talking about and gave me no real help. I think she may of been having a bad day but wasn’t the most pleasurable to work with. I ended up hanging up on her because she had no idea what treads was able to do and told me they would not help me replace my tire so as soon as she told me that I hung up. At that point I knew she knew nothing of treads policys because I’m one of the few ppl who read through all the terms and policies pages lol.

This was soooo easy! I hate doing anything that makes me wait especially when it comes to truck maintenance. So when I saw how easy it was to get some nice new tires for my beast Dodge Ram w a Hemi, I thought this is what I am doing. I’m a little lady w a big bad a** truck so definitely feel my stature and female allows most places an advantage. Picked my tires from a good selection, loaded in monthly ACH info and they came out put on the tires on and now good to go. Super reasonable monthly ACH about $60 bucks, instead of having to save about $1500 for a nice set of tires. Absolutely would say go for it! Who doesn’t love easy anymore and the customer service was super friendly and fast in reply. Tell all your friends and family look up Treads! Thanks to all who got my kids and I good to go for a nice long road trip. Will be a permanent customer. Truck looks beefy again and yes sometimes a nice tire helps in a grip going zero to sixty w a hemi! 🤣. Awesome idea thanks Treads!
