TraveloutsReviews of travelouts.com

Alan in customer service was very helpful and even found us a less expensive option.

Well the communication with the guy who called me was very nice but the change in the cost of fare was not and even worse is that it took one day to tell me so and 3 Emails

I talked to David Wilson from travelouts he’s helped me to get my reservation in a reasonable price and I highly. recommend this site travelouts to all my friends and I thank David for all services he provided me.

Offered one price on website, then they pitched me a far worse flight (w/ over night layover) for the bait price or an upsell on the switch to a reasonable flight. I feel very bad about the way this went down. David Wilson is the only reason I'm not posting a 1 star on this review as he was nice and considerate. Though he tried to sell me hard, he ultimately refunded me the fees as I requested.
