David Wilson was exceptional! He ensure that I had a confirmed travel when there were challenges confirming a flight with my original booking. He was very patient and courteous throughout and had my best interest at heart.

David Wilson, is a very nice and helpful person, I would give him a 10 on your personality chart. I am almost 77 years old and it is so nice to talk to a nice younger person who thinks of you instead of themselves. Thank you for all your help David Wilson.
