Run a small travel agency, used this for clients heading to Colombia and Curacao. Reliable enough that I recommend it directly now instead of sending people to the embassy portals myself.

It is not a bad service, however, there are certain drawbacks. The support might be more proactive and explicit because I did not receive adequate guidance when I posed questions. Another issue is the price, which seems to be too expensive considering the type of service offered.
