Excellent trip to ABBA Voyage. Hotel was fine and within a few minutes walk of both Victoria coach station and the pickup point for the coach to the show. All went smoothly with no queueing. Good communication.

our guide Chris was great, however, i wish he would do more as a guide (explain scene, places) when we arrive at location rather than just only during travel time on the bus. makes this just more of a transportation rather than a tour guide.

The driver was on time and helpful. However, It was stressful to not have contact with the driver prior to pick up.
Response from Travel Compendium· Jul 10, 2025
Dear Kim, We’re happy to hear that your transfer went well! Regarding the emergency contact, the phone number to reach the driver is printed on the voucher that was sent to you. We're sorry that you didn’t notice it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else. Best regards, ----- Rafael Customer Support Specialist
