Our driver was waiting for our party when our BA flight arrived later than scheduled.

Driver was professional. He arrived early to pick us up.

The pickup time was 8am at our hotel. By 830 nobody had come. Phoned multiple times. Finally connected via phone and was told “ten minutes away” twice. Finally showed up at 9:10. Driver didn’t know anything about our tickets, the timing to get to our ship or even which ship we were on. He thought we were sailing the next day and I said “no today”. So far behind schedule we ended with only enough time at Stonehenge to see the stones and run through the gift shop. Driver was on the phone the entire time he was driving and we could hear him talking about issues with other pickups and tours. Not sure if they were through this company or not as it seemed he didn’t work for this company and was hired on last minute and without good information. I Emailed them with updates on issues and got no response. Thoroughly disappointed and stressed about the entire experience. Not worth what we paid given how little time we had at Stonehenge. Couldn’t stay longer or we would have missed our ship. Update: I finally received an email from the company on July 19th apologizing and offering a 15% discount on any future booking with them. So when they say “their dedicated customer success team have already assisted you throughout this process and resolved the situation” what they mean is that nothing was done to make up for the huge waste of money on a very expensive tour but come try us again. No thanks.

Our driver George was punctual and very friendly. It was great having door to door service at the hotel and Stonehenge. Because the airline lost our luggage, we needed to do some necessary shopping before visiting and George got us right where we needed

We’re were very happy to find Travel Compendium company that assisted us (and actually save us money and time) in getting to our cruise ship with visiting Stonehenge on the way. All was set and goes in time, Comfortable meeting point, good car very helpful driver. And more than that excellent customer service we’ve got prior and after. Many thanks! Gennady Kh.

Our driver was on time. He was very helpful and drove us safely to the airport. The car was great, plenty of room and very clean.

Your driver Armando was safe, professional, polite and early for his scheduled pick up time. I also had clear updates and email communications. I would use your service again.

The booking process with Travel Compendium was very smooth. I booked our transfer online on March 31st and it was confirmed and paid for on May 6th. We arrived in London on May 11th and had booked a cruise transfer on the 13th. This reservation was confirmed on May 6 at which time they told me they would be in touch with me to organize my pick up point. On May 12 the day before we were to be picked up I sent an email saying we are scheduled to be picked up the following morning but I had not heard of any arrangements from anyone. I tried to call Travel Compendium's number but no one picked up, nor could I leave a message. I also sent a text message. When I still had no response on the morning of the 13th. I booked different arrangements. Soon after making other arrangements I did get a call from the driver but I told him I had already made other plans and I would not be needing him. I would think a car company would be sure to confirm arrangements at least 24 hours in advance for tourists who are dependent on accurate and reliable service. When we arrived in London from Tampa, Florida we booked a different car service and they were in constant contact coordinating our pick up place and time at the airport. It is true I did not cancel within Compendium's 24 hour window. However, when I did not receive any confirmation whatsoever within that same 24 to 48 hours we got worried that something had fallen through the cracks. We had to take a car service because there was a real strike and traffic would be very heavy going to the port two hours away. In addition, London was very crowded the week after the coronation and there was a major soccer tournament in the area, which also led to heavy traffic. We would never have canceled if we had received confirmation the day before. I requested a refund, which Compendium refused. I would never use them again if I was traveling abroad. I learned my lesson and should have booked my transfer through the cruise company.
