I hate online training! This was not too bad though.
Once I realised I could not complete the course on my iPad it made things a lot more simple. I did read that the exam had to be taken on a laptop, I just skimmed over the part where it said the course needed to be done on a laptop. The staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly. The exam set up was explained well also. It would have been good to take the mock exam but when I clicked the link it was unavailable. My certificate arrived in just over a week.

Material and course was easy to…Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Certificate
Material and course was easy to understand and follow, when needed the team at train2train were always available and helpful.

Well-organised and efficient training…
Well-organised and efficient training and communication. As someone with dyslexia, this course was easy to follow and made learning a painless experience.

We can request permission, from the Awarding Organisation, to allow a learner to arrange a reader to be present during the exam should this be needed. Very interactive course and in detail…
Very interactive course and in detail course handbook which is needed as well as the course. The download for the exam was a little tricky as it needed to be more explicit. ie:when it stated share your screen it would be helpful to state click on the image to share your screen. Apart from that an easy process.

An easy to deal with company
An easy to deal with company - helpful at every stage of the process. Course well laid out, easy to understand and interactive to keep it interesting. Slight problems getting set up for the exam as I do not have a smartphone - perhaps consideration should be given to working round this for those like me who do not have a smartphone - but otherwise would recommend.
