So I don't get any response that mean you are liar I upload all my trades on my TikTok how I clear my challenge and how I profit on my funded account so if you have no proof of my copy trading 10.3.10 rule is only scam for people when they chase profit you just blocked their account and reject their withdrawl I have a clear concept about that don't buy their challenge because they are scammer if any body wants my log in details I can share with them everyone knows how they scam I once again mention that don't buy their challenge because after you got funded account and profit they just send you that mail your withdrawl is rejected and your account is blocked after that they don't have proof they ask you to start your challenge from zero again

Hi Khan, we understand you are repeating your concerns, so we want to clarify this one final time. Your previous account and payout request were reviewed in full, and the closure was due to a confirmed violation of section 10.3.10 of our Terms and Conditions. This decision is final. Our compliance system uses internal proprietary checks, so we cannot publicly share account specific evidence. You were already provided a new challenge account so you could continue trading under a fresh start, and you accepted it. Any future payouts will be processed normally as long as the account remains in good standing with no violations. If you need help with your new account, our team is available through the support widget on the website. If there is anything else we can improve to make your experience even better and encourage you to consider a higher rating, we would love to hear it. We appreciate your patience and hope to restore your confidence in our service moving forward.

Trust issues whereby we pay for an account but don’t get our credentials
Response from TradeXMastery· Dec 8, 2025
Hi there, thank you for sharing your concerns. We are truly sorry for the frustration caused when you did not receive your credentials after purchasing the 25k Instant Funded account. Our team investigated and found that the payment confirmation had not reached us initially, which prevented the automatic delivery of your login details. Once we verified that your payment was successfully credited, we immediately granted the account and sent the credentials to you by email. We understand how stressful this situation can feel, and we appreciate your patience while it was resolved. If there is anything more we can do to improve your experience or help you feel confident updating your rating, we would be grateful to assist. Please feel free to contact our Support Team anytime through the support widget on our website.

45 days no pay out this is ridiculous. Now I get an email that there is a shutdown on their website so who knows what is going on? How many other traders are in limbo waiting for their money? Prop firms are a scam. There is no way around it. I will be leaving a detailed video today on YouTube
Response from TradeXMastery· Nov 21, 2025
Hi Mitchell, thank you for sharing your concerns. Your payout is currently on the 24th business day, which is still within our stated 21 to 30 business day processing window during high volume periods. We understand delays can feel frustrating and we are actively working through all requests in the order they were received. The temporary website interruption you mentioned was caused by a widespread Cloudflare issue that affected many major platforms, and our site became fully operational shortly afterward. We are here to help and want to restore confidence in your experience. Please reach our Support Team through the support widget on our website so our team can assist further. Please share anything that could help improve your experience or increase your rating.
