Its just expensive and takes forever
Its just expensive and takes forever. I could never find receipts for what I paid for and I just was not happy with the whole process. I feel like the process for owning a band name in the US was complicated and unnecessary. Maybe I am unjustly giving it two stars because of my own incompetence but I did not enjoy the process of online law.

We're sorry that you had a bad experience. The usual process for registering a trademark takes, on average, 18 months to 2 years. We wish that our law firm could speed the process, but unfortunately, most of this time is just the length of time that it takes the government to review the filings and approve the application for registration. We are happy that your mark was able to register successfully!
