I wanted a name mark
I wanted a name mark, but pushed me towards a design mark to get accepted. It worked to get accepted but still would have preferred a name mark.

We're sorry that the wordmark for your Trademark was difficult to register but happy that we were successful in registering your logo. Sometimes, wordmarks that are either already registered by a different user, or that are descriptive are difficult or impossible to register. If you want to try and file a wordmark, despite the risks, you always try to register the word mark after the "safer" logo is registered. Regards, Trademark Elite Support Team
