Absolutely garbage since Verizon took over. I have spent over 6 hours across 4 days trying to transfer my wife to this service just to get hung up on everytime as soon as they encounter an error or decide to transfer me. Now I have a $300 piece of apple plastic I can't do anything with until they decide to fix their nonsense and get their system functional.

Ever since version bought total i spend more time buffering than ever before the reward programs just stopped working. In the 3 years i have had them i used to get 1 free month of service per year now i cant get point at all

TW used to be good, and then Verizon bought them out. My last day of service was supposed to be yesterday, and I have auto refill. They shut off my phone 24 hours early and when I went to refill it (because they didn't charge me how they were supposed to) it kept saying it couldn't process my card. So I finally got onto chat, and the guy tells me he can refill my plan, but not at the cost of auto refill (which saves about $2). I told him no, I wasn't gonna be paying extra money because they f*cked up, and he tells me the system is telling him it comes to 35.80. I said well on my end it says 33.20. Then he told me he doesn't have any way to adjust the amount and I would have to pay the full $35.80. I told him if that's the case, he and his dumb*ss supervisor should look into that and I left the chat. My brother thankfully was kind enough to offer his card to pay, and what do you know? It went through for 33.20, no problems. Pretty sure at this point these people are just trying to scam money, but it's alright. According to these reviews, so many people are having issues that it's bound to gain traction and implode what's left of Verizon's time as a business. Meanwhile, next month I'll likely be switching carriers.

Absolutely terrible, do not waste your time. My wife went to refill our plans on the app like usual and her phone was fine but the data on my phone would not work. She spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get through to people and the actual people we got ahold of kept hanging up on her, eventually it got so late at night she had to give up, she got back at it the next morning and spent 4 more hours on the phone and my phone Is still not working and at this point we just want a refund and they say there is a problem with their "refund system". What a joke. We have yet to see our money and this whole thing put a big dent in our weekend. Company was fine until Verizon stepped in.

If I could give Total By Verizon 0 stars I would do it. This has to be the worst cellular provider on planet Earth. This morning they turned my cell service off. I paid for next month 2 days ago. I tried to get customer assistance to assist- I may as well have asked for help from a rock. Not just useless, but obviously corrupt. They don't publish the number anymore, and make you use online chat. They couldn't fix the problem, so they just disappeared. I finally decided to sign with a new carrier. Within an hour I had good cell service with Spectrum. Then I asked total by verizon to refund me my purchase of service for September, which I was unable to use. They routed me to 3 different customer service agents, who all said they were not authorized to refund. The last one kept me on hold for 10 minutes saying she was waiting for the page to load on her computer. She was obviously lying. So then I told her I would just dispute the charge through my credit card company. Check out their reputation with BBB. These people are nothing but criminals.

Total wireless customer service is awful. They will put you off as long as possible. I gave them a one star, but would rather have given them a minus 10. There is no place to send supporting documents ( either email or by mail ( USPS) Cellular user beware

Total wireless customer service sucks. In two days I made six phone calls, got hung up on four times and was charged twice with no refund. I was told they would return my call, and they didn't. They won't transfer you to a supervisor and you can tell they don't know half of what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend this phone company even if it was free!!!

Terrible! I can't make a single call , I was awaiting returned calls from a potential employer they could never reach me . I still can't dial out. Do not go with total it's terrible.
