I thought I did this. Order came promptly. They are well done and should bring smiles to faces as they are gifts.

I haven't even received my order yet and you're asking, "How are we doing?" According to the tracking information, it's been stuck at your nearby USPS facility for 5 days already.
Response from Totally Awesome Goods· Nov 14, 2020
Hi Jan. I am sorry about the delay. We shipped the order out the day after you placed the order. Unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse we have no control over the postal service, who for the most part has been very reliable. We will keep an eye out on this order, and if for any reason it doesn't come within the next few days we can ship you out a new one. Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 203-421-2144 if there is anything else we can do. Follow up from customer: To let you know...my package did arrive yesterday afternoon. It was a little torn up (see pix attached) but the towel inside looked fine. Thank you for your personal note on the enclosed packing slip responding to my request that my name address and e-mail not be shared with anyone. Your note, and your e-mail response have been the best customer service I've received in a long, long time!! Thank you!! Have a wonderful holiday season and stay safe.

I fell in love with this when I saw it at a friends house. I was worried about ordering online but it was exactly as shown in the picture, order the white wash. Product is beautiful and delivery was fast. Only wish it came ready to hang, how to install picture hanging hardware myself.

Thanks for the awesome review. I am glad you like it. The sign should be light enough to hang without excessive hardware. I have hung them in my house with just a large nail and rested the inside frame on it. Best, Jay
