Wrong colour of the glasses and they arrived 5 month later...

Product Great, but took almost 2 months or more to receive product and customer service never got back to me once after the 4 or 5 inquiries I sent. I gave up hope of even receiving them and thought I was scammed. Then they came in of course.... ill pass on shopping torege again at this time

Delivery and keeping me informed of progress. Timely response to order. Pricing and offering first time customers a discount.
