I bought a load for my brother who is in Kuwait and i am in Canada. The representative called me within few minutes and asked if i made the transaction and it loaded to my brother’s cell phone number within a minute. No problem at all.

Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator.
